C++Tutorial for Beginners 41 - Char Arrays: Primitive Strings in C++

There are actually two kinds of string in C++; the class-type strings that we've already seen, and the more primitive char arrays. Primitive strings take up very little space and are often useful when you want to deal with a string on a character-by-character basis. Although they lack the absolutely vital importance that they had before the string class became widely available, they are still considered basic vital knowledge and are frequently used in a variety of situations.
