C++Tutorial for Beginners 61 - Textures, Renderers and Buffers

In this video we're going to look at the confusing subject of texturers, renderers and buffers.


A renderer is a piece of software that draws bitmaps or pixels on the screen. A texture is basically a bitmap (a collection of pixels), which in this case we'll be generating ourselves. A buffer is just some memory that we'll set aside, in this case to store our pixel information.
